Wisemans Bridge is a seaside village with a cosy pub and beautiful beach. Just a short walk away you have have easy access to the sandy areas, rock pools and seaside life. The track on an old railway line takes you through a short tunnel to the quiet beach at Coppet Hall, where another short tunnel connects with Saundersfoot making this ideal for walkers and cyclists looking for something different.

As well as the wonderful beaches, this beautiful area is home to an array of castles, ancient monuments and theme parks. These include Oakwood, Heatherton, the Welsh Zoo and Folly Farm. Places of interest include the Blue Lagoon and the National Trust’s Stackpole and Colby Woodland Gardens. A superb choice of cycle routes and walks are just on your doorstep. No matter what you are looking for in your holiday and whenever you visit, you will be spoilt for choice and eager to return again and again…..and again!

From Narberth

Take the A478 to Tenby/ Kilgetty

At the 2nd roundabout in Begelly go left onto the A477 to Carmarthen.

Come off the dual carriageway after approx 1 mile signposted for Stepaside.

Follow the brown signs for the Ironworks.

Turn right into Heritage Park.

Take the right fork at the entrance and we are near the top on the left hand side. Parking for one car, additional parking in Heritage car park on the right near the entrance, approximately 1 minute walk from lodge

From Carmarthen

Take the A40 signposted St Clears

Then take the A477 signposted Pembroke Dock

Leave the dual carriageway signposted for Stepaside.

Follow the brown signs for the Ironworks.

Turn right into Heritage Park.

Take the right fork at the entrance and we are near the top on the left hand side. Parking for one car by the lodge, additional parking in Heritage car park on the right near the entrance, approximately 1 minute walk from lodge

Please Note: If using the Postcode in a satellite navigation system, it tries to take you down a very narrow unused road. It is better if you enter Stepaside as a destination then follow the brown signs for the Ironworks.
